Who We Are

Meet our team

Michael Evers

With over 35 years’ experience in personal injury law, Michael Evers has established himself as one of the more prominent solicitors in the field.

Michael’s journey in personal injury law began in 1981 when he started working as an article clerk with Bruce O’Sullivan & Co Solicitors in Newcastle. It was during this time that Michael’s eyes were opened, and he realised he had a passion for helping people who had found themselves to be in difficult situations as a result of a personal injury.

In 1986, shortly after beginning his career in personal injury law, Michael was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

In 1988, Michael was elevated to a partner with O’Sullivan Saddington Evers specialising in litigation, personal injury and criminal law.

In 1993, Michael was awarded the Certificate of Accreditation in personal injury law with the Law Society of New South Wales.

In 1997, Michael Evers & Co was established in order to provide the local community with a Novacastrian solicitor they can trust to deal with problems arising from personal injuries.
