Commenced work as an article clerk with Bruce O`Sullivan & Co, Solicitors of Newcastle in December 1981 in the litigation/personal injury section. Admited as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 19 December 1986. Commenced work as an employed Solicitor with O`Sullivan & Saddington formerly of Darby Street, Newcastle on 1 July 1988. Becomes a partner with O`Sullivan Saddington Evers specialising in litigation, personal injury and criminal law. On 1 September 1993 obtains Certificate of Accreditation in personal injury law with the Law Society of New South Wales.
Since obtaining accreditation as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law with the Law Society of New South Wales in 1993, Michael Evers has conducted a successful and expanding practice in personal injury law obtaining notoriety being published in the Daily Telegraph as the sixteenth largest Common Law/ Industrial Accident firm in New South Wales for the year 1999. In April 1997 establishes Michael Evers & Co and since that time has been a successful and expanding practise in Personal Injury Law. Since then Personal Injury Law has undergone a revolution or devolution. Personal injury litigation is now a trap for the uninitiated and you need an Accredited Specialist on your side.
